My daughter has always refused a bottle and a month ago I thought I had figure out why...my defrosted milk smelled off and tasted disgusting. I rarely pump but have just started scalding it and she's still refusing it. Well I tasted it last night immediately after pumping and while it smelled fine it def did not taste okay. It usually tastes slightly sweet or nothing but this was a little yuck. Not quite as bad as the frozen stuff but not great. I'm beginning to wonder if it's what I'm eating. What are foods that would do this to the milk? And I'm still assuming that the frozen milk is the excess lipase? right? Thanks!

I would definitely say it could. If it can make your pee stink, it can probably make your milk taste different.
