It sounds like all our goals were pretty similar- to get back on track after the long weekend. How has everyone been doing this week?

I've been thinking about this check-in and I am starting to think it was a little ambitious of me to think I would have the time to properly run a check-in with a newborn. I feel bad about it but i think this is going to have to be the last check-in for me. If anyone else wants to take over have fun!

I had an awful week. It started with Memorial day and just kept getting worse. We had a party and a lot of food left over, including cookies and brownies which I never have in the house. A lot of our meals were left overs and I just basically ate like crap. I am really mad at myself because the week before I had lost 2 pounds and this week I gained it back.
Working out has been fine and I can tell I am getting stronger.
