I'm freaking out a little. I'm 5 weeks into my second pregnancy and I have been following my normal workout routine as my doctor told me to do during the first tri of my first pregnancy. Yesterday I was at a workout class I attend a lot but the abs section was really tough that day and today my abs are really sore lower ones especially. For some reason I'm feeling nervous that I could have hurt the baby. I know ab exercises even on your back are fine for the first tri, but is it ok if you work them to the point where they are quite sore? I'm going to take it easier from this point but I am hoping to calm down about this. Thanks!
