Which brand of meds did you get for your LOs  2 month shots if they come down with a fever?

Tylenol is what is recommended for babies less than 6 months old. (Ibuprofen is actually labeled only for infants over 6 months old now.) My doc's office recommends giving a dose about an hour prior to the vaccinations as a preemptive strike.

You should ask your pedi about a predose. Many say NOT to do this

Also ask your pedi about dosage as it is based on weight. My pedi recommends waiting until after to see if there's a reaction.
