Leak Management - UGH!

In the last week I've peed myself a little twice on the run to the bathroom after getting a sudden intense urge to pee. Enough to change my clothes. I'd also been having menstrual-like cramps in the last week and at my prenatal visit yesterday my OB said that both are because baby has dropped. She did a cervical check and said, "Yep, her head's just right there." Not dilated.

In addition to peeing myself I'm also leaking colostrum from both boobs daily. I wake up with wet or crusty spots on my nightgown. When I take my bra off at the end of the day I see crusty spots where my nipples were. Gross.

Guess I'm going to have to wear pads and nipple pads for the rest of my pregnancy. Ugh. Am I alone in this leak management situation?

I haven't leaked from my boobs yet, but the peeing situation I am in the same boat. 

 

Especially at night, I have started to wear pads because I am just not quick enough to get to the bathroom. Good luck with your management!!

Nothing is leaking on me...yet.  I'm 32 weeks, 1 day.  Maybe my leakage days are coming.  Hope you don't ruin all your clothes before baby comes:)

I havent peed myself but my boobs are leaking! they started at 34 wks.. and I cant imagine itll get any better so im going to have to wear nipple pads!
