Tide Questions

After having lots of stink issues, I decided to switch up detergents and see if that helps. I was using Country Save, and I decided to try Tide. This is the kind I bought. Was that the right choice?

At my sister-in-law's recommendation, I'm using 3 TBSP in a top loader with about 12 BG 4.0s at a time. I haven't used a scented detergent in a long time, so I was surprised that the diapers still smell faintly of Tide even after the extra rinse cycle. Is this normal? Should I use less detergent? I just want my diapers to smell clean (and like nothing) again.
