I want to start working these into my diet because they're so nutritious. Does anyone eat them and how much do you eat daily ? Ive seen anywhere from a tablespoon to people not even measuring. I'm real petite if it matters. Also Has it affected your supply? I read an article and it said for pregnant and lactating mothers to consult a dr beforehand so I'm just curious.

I eat Chia every day in my oatmeal. I'm also petite and use a tablespoon. I think it has actually helped my supply. The Omega 3s in Chia are great for baby's brain and eye development!
Side note- pretty much EVERYTHING (even prenatal vitamins) will give the warning about pregnant or lactating mothers to consult a doctor before using. It's just covering themselves from the liability.
