Wednesday healthy weight/weight loss check in

How is everyone doing? I just weighed in at WW and am down 2 lbs this week putting me at a loss of exactly 30 lbs in 14 months! My sister is getting married next month and I want to drop an additional 5. I'm 8 lbs away from PP weight! How are you ladies doing?

  • I don't know how much I'm down but I've been able to get on the elliptical for at least 20 minutes or more every day and I've been doing pilates videos on Hulu for some strength training.  I am really loving the pilates and wishing I had the time/money to go to a studio.  I've also been really diligent about tracking my calories.  I'll get on the scale when I feel like something significant is happening!

  • I'm down 3 lbs since I went back to work 2 1/2 weeks ago. I've still got 20lbs to go to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I'm debating on doing the 30-day shred.

  • I am down about 20lbs in the last 2 months. 

     

    Been eating healthier options and watching portion size. Been using a Personal Trainer at the gym. My strength has gone up tremendously.
