teething help with triplets

One of my LOs is teething so badly or at least this is what I think it is, no fever or anything so I don't think it's an illness. Last night my LO was up every 15 to 45 mins, would no selfsooth and would start screaming. I would than need to rock/sing to get LO back to sleep. Tired feeding, changing, giving cold teething toy none of these were issues. I did give tylenol but didn't seem to help as crying/screaming continued.

My questions to you MoMs:
1 How many nights will this last?
2 Anything else I can try?
3 Should I let LO sleep it out today? I am afraid it will reverse day and night which would be terrible.
