For any MoM's that had pre-term labor

How did you know?  I'm not an alarmist type of person, but of course being pregnant with multiples the chances I could experience PTL have been drilled into me.  I don't know if I am just sick, REALLY pregnant, or if this is something I should worry about.  I should note I actually had a NST yesterday and everything looked fine on that.

For the last two days especially I have felt just...kinda bad.  I can barely eat and feel borderline pukey, I have diarrhea (sorry), my low back is killing me and I just feel.....icky for lack of a better term.  That being said, other than the usual BH contractions (which I had a lot last night, but this morning not so bad) I haven't noticed anything.

Am I just sick?  What did you experience?

My PTL was contractions (not painful), every 10ish min as well as increased cervical/vaginal pressure.  When we got to L&D, I was dilated.  This was all preceded by my short cervix being shorter at an appt earlier in the day.  I didn't feel sick per se.  I'd definitely call if I were you.  FX it's nothing and you feel better soon!

I had severe pree and HELLP, so my symptoms may be different. I had diarrhea for two days and really bad pains at the tip of my uterus that was my liver. I also had very high BP and protein in my urine. Have you checked your BP?

I felt flu-ish for the week or so before I went into labor. I had diarrhea for 2 weeks before.. so who knows if it was connected at all. I went into labor at 33w1d

BP was normal yesterday.  I think I am over-thinking it!
