Sticky FB pocket?

Anyone else's FB Elites feel sticky on the inside of the pocket? it's the PUL side. When I stuck my hand in there to stuff with an insert, it's like rubber and makes it difficult to stuff. Should it be like this? All my other pockets are smooth on the inside

Mine is like that too. I have one, and it's one of the reasons I haven't been keen to buy more. I'm also too lazy to sell just one diaper.

I noticed it at one point, early on and I thought it was because I'd had it in the dryer. I don't feel it now though after 5 months of use and switching to line drying. I also put the insert in the PUL side (hand on the fleece side) when stuffing and there's less resistance.
