I am 10weeks PP, I pumped till I had 154 oz stashed which took me about a month to do, I have used a few bags dropping down to 126 oz. I had supply issues and I take Raglan and started drinking Mother's Milk tea. Lately I have been pumping here and there but mostly nursing. I want to get back to pumping and keep nursing too, but I don't want to get to overwhelmed with it. What kind of schedule does anyone use. I need to build up my stash up to at least 300 oz..
Re: Pumping schedule
I pumped one a day after my first morning feed. That's when I was able to get the largest amount at one time.

I always pump once in the morning (about an hour after nursing) and occasionally after a middle of the night feeding since I always feel really engorged during the night time and when I wake up. I get about 8 oz from each pump in the morning and almost that much at night. Any other time during the day I get less so I just stick with those time slots to build up my stash before going back to work. I have 2 sets of pump parts and I soak them in hot soapy water when I'm done pumping and then wash them together once a day (or put them in the dishwasher) so it's not too much extra work. I have about 160 oz frozen and I'd also like to double the amount I have before going back to work. I will be pumping but want a little security since I'm not sure how it will go and I want backup in case I have pumping/supply issues to work through when I go back. Good luck!
Even if you aren't comfortable BFing in public, and want to give bottles when you are out and about, you will still need to pump to replace those feedings. So you wouldn't really be using up a frozen stash, you would be pumping and feeding. Or feeding frozen and replacing it shortly thereafter with what you pumped. Same for if you go out without LO. Also, if you intend to continue BFing after you return to work, you will need to pump at work, so the only stash you really need is enough to get you through the first day.
It does make sense that you want some reserve to supplement with. But I really think 300 oz. is a difficult and unnecessarily high goal, that will only stress you out. I have maybe 100 oz., and I have very rarely actually used it. We mostly just send it to DC on Mondays, then freeze what I pump on Fridays so that we can rotate the stash. I've only actually needed my frozen milk a handful of times. I'm not trying to tell you that you're wrong, I'm just trying to reassure you that there is no need for a stash that huge. Start pumping once a day after your first morning feed, and try to relax a little bit about it. Stress can affect your supply, so try not to stress about it too much.
