I'm so sick of my alva delaminating! Are they infamous for this happening? I'm thinking I might need to try a different diaper...and we really don't have money to do so. Any suggestions??
Have you stuck them in the dryer? I had some used diapers I bought that were delaminating, I stuck them in the dryer after washing them and that fixed the problem.

Are they delaminating as in the PUL is now two layers rather than one? Or are they leaking through the stitching it somewhere else? Drying can fix it if the seams are leaking.
What is your wash routine
The PUL is 2 layers. Cold rinse, hot wash cold rinse, cold rinse.
I had a few that completely delaminated, as well as a wet bag. They were all the same color, all of my other ones I bought at the same time were fine, so I'm assuming it was a bad batch of PUL? Anyway, I emailed them, they asked for pictures, and then sent me replacements, didnt even have to send the bad ones back.
I have several alvas and they get used a lot because I reach for them first. I have been using them for 12 months or so. I dry them in the dryer half the time cause I am too lazy to hang dry sometimes and I have not had a single one delaminate. I would definitely call the company. I don't know if it's typical for alvas to delaminate but that definitely had not been my experience.
