Liner with CDsafe creams?

So many n00b questions...

Should I use a diaper liner with CDsafe creams? We just picked up some CJ's and I've read conflicting reviews as to whether or not it leads to repelling. My son rashes easily so a cream is a must, but I'd rather not bother with a liner unless it's necessary. AD worked for us when he was still in disposables, fingers crossed that the CJ's does the trick.

    Baby girl born 9/22/12

    FET #1 - 9/16/13 - BFN

    IVF #2 - ER 11/11/13 (24R, 18M, 16F), ET 11/16 (2 Grade A blasts)
    BFP on 11/23 Beta #1 = 76 EDD 8/2/14

    No liner necessary.  And if the CJs doesn't work (it didn't work for us...), grandma el's is a pretty good CD safe barrier cream.
