Hi, ladies! So how many of you have been experiences fetal hiccups and how often? I just experienced them last week and im 36 weeks. They are the cutest thing!! How many times a day does your baby get them, and for how long?
That is a really hard question to answer in detail. My DS got them all the time but time and length were never consistent, just like hiccups everyone else gets.
I've felt them a few times before, but they've really kicked up this past week! I get them 2 or 3 times a day, for maybe 5 minutes at a time. Little lungs are growing!

I have been getting them consistently since around 24 weeks. Sometimes they actually make me nauseous. I have noticed in the past week or so they are a lot stronger and they occur more often and last longer. I think its cute for a second and them im like, ok time to stop now. I love feeling her move around and know that all is well but i think the room constraint is just uncomfortable (for both of us) at this point.

LO gets hiccups all the time. The last 2 u/s show him with his mouth open, so no wonder he gets hiccups.nbsp;It almost always happens about 6:00 am when I wake up and lasts about 57 min. and sometimes about an hour after I eat dinner.nbsp;
Her hiccups last an hour after you eat, or she gets them an hour after you eat?
Im a doctor so I have the luxary of being able to do my own US during down time or overnight shifts at work. Im 12 weeks and I have seen the baby hiccoughing for about 2 weeks, of course I can't feel anything yet. It happens pretty frequently and is quite entertaining since the whole body jumps up. Freaks my husband out though.
My baby gets them 3-4 times a day and sometimes they last up to 20 min! I think they make the baby crabby when they last that long cause if I rub my belly and ask it if it's okay it will repetitively kick me really hard for a while. It's no surprise though, I get them really bad and no matter what I do I can't get rid of them :-/
