lo loestrin?

Anyone using this? Especially BFing moms? My ob/gyn recommended to me over the mini pill based on effectiveness. He said most don't have a supply drop but if I do just stop taking it. I have been on it 2 days and my pump output was fine this morning.

    I am on it! I am not a BF'r but i cannot take any traditional amount of estrogen because I get horrible migraines. Not a single headache on this one!

    No idea but I'm kind of interested.  What are the other side effects?  DH was supposed to get a V but hasn't.  I'm still BFing also and I asked the assistant the other day and she said only the minipill...I may need to go around her.

    The minipill is progesterone only, while a regular pill has about 35 mcg of estrogen and lo loestrin only has 10. Estrogen its linked with diminished supply but it is hard to tell what amount causes the drop. Otherwise same potential side effects as the pill normally has.

    It was the first pill I took years ago and it made me a crazy person. I hope you fare better.
