I had this a lot in the first and second trimesters (thankfully it seems to have calmed down a lot lately) - I chalked it up to all the interesting remodeling that was going on in my breasts to get ready for breastfeeding.
Yes, I had this constantly during my first and second trimester. I asked my ob about it and she says it is the bodies way of protecting milk. When your body either drops below or above the regulated temp it happens. It got so bad for me that I would cry, and I am not a crier. I found that if I was cold applying a heating pad would work. I have not experienced it from being too warm though, so I have no suggestions for that. Hope that helps
