Help!!! Need your schedule input!

Can you tell me what your schedule (feedings, how much, and naps) is like for your twins? My almost 4 months old sleep through the night, have for 2 months now, and are generally so good but lately one of them has a crying fit for about 30 minutes at night...starting at 7:30. We're wondering if he's not eating enough, although he's gaining weight just fine, or nap/bedtime needs to change. I just need some examples of what other kids are like at this age. Thanks!!

Have they started eating food? My younger twin did this on any day he ate oatmeal...
