Facebook does it automatically. My friend made a post about her deceased child's birthday, and Facebook said "Give her a gift!" Ridiculous! It does it for Mother's Day, Father's Day, friends birthdays, or any "life event."
Isn't she marvelous?!?! I adore her. She manages to be polite and cutthroat at the same time. I had her book before our wedding and my husband and I would read bits of it to each other. Glorious!
