I'm interested in these but kind of wary, although I know the deal; individually wrapped beads, beads are too small to choke on, etc. Do you think they actually work? I just have a fear of G somehow hanging herself!

DD has worn hers non-stop since she was 4 months old (she's almost 2!). I feel like it really helped her, but it could also be her personality. I already have DS wearing one, so we'll see how he does with teething! Also, I think with DD, since she started wearing it so young, she rarely notices that she's even wearing it.
I am convinced that coffee is God's gift to mothers.
Honestly, I don't know much about this brand, but I did order one last time they had them up for sale. They say it's baltic amber (which is the same amber used in all teething necklaces I've seen). The one we used with DS was Inspired by Finn, which is a well known brand.
