Hemp stink?

Ok, my daughters am diapers REEK!  I use 3 hemp inserts in a Kawaii overnight diaper (she is a super wetter).  I've tried washing them in Tide which helped a little, and I don't give her milk past 5pm and night now (she's 2) and that helped a little.  I know they probably need a strip, but which stripping method would anyone recommend for help?
