Soft, Loose Stool

DS has had watery, loose stools since last Friday. He got his 4month shots then so at first I thought it was that. I wouldn't consider it diarrhea but its not his normal. He isn't fussy or seem to be upset, but he does have a cold congestion, small cough. Idk what to think. We are FF and he has been on Gentlease since 1 month old. I plan to call the ped in the am, but any thoughts? He's not dehydrated, plenty of wet diapers and normal bottle amounts all week.

I'm not an expert on baby poop and I am a first time mom, but if he seems to be feeling fine and it's not effecting him then he should be fine! A while ago when my baby was only about a couple weeks old, I came across this visual guide on baby poop lol it's a tad bit graphic it shows actual pictures of baby poop but it might help relieve you until you speak to your pediatrician.

has there been a lot of drool letwly? Is he teething?
