Hospital food service

I don't get it. When I delivered the messed up my food didn't bring me dinner took a 10 minute order for the next day. Didn't bring it then only brought half. Then my dh had to chase them down for lunch luckily I left after that. Now I'm in a different hospital with ds and the lady just came up her. She was loud and shouting that the order is wrong at least 2 of the 4 kids on the wing are sleeping. I don't understand what the problem is. She said she will be back with kid food. He had tonsils out so needs soft foods. I hate hospitals.

Edit they do have a fridge in the room so I can store bm I pump so that is a pulse.

That sucks! At the hospital we were in, they give you little menu sheets the day before where you circle what you want (as many or as few items, even double of anything... per your diet guidelines obviously). Then the slip was on the tray when they delivered it and they waited for you to ok it. Probably the best part about my three day stay, haha!
