How much of a role does sibset play in your choice of names? My DH and I really like Lila/Lyla (we haven't made a decision on spelling which is my other hang up), but there are other names (Eliza, Claire, Elise, Julia) on our short list that I like better as a sibset with our two sons' names (Noah and Zachary). I keep getting hung up on the fact that both Noah and Lila/Lyla are four letter, two syllable names, ending in the same sound. Am I being ridiculously picky?
With that being said, what are your thoughts about the sibset Noah, Zachary and Lila/Lyla?
Re: Two Sibset Questions
For me, sibsets have very little to do with our name choices.
Noah and Lila together doesn't bother me at all.
I am not sold on sibsets. I would only probably raise an eyebrow at a super obvious matching set like Rose, Lily and Dahlia or a total miss match like Daniel and Pilot Inspektor.
I think Lyla/ Lila sounds lovely. FWIW, I love the Lyla spelling.

Follow up ?: Do you prefer Claire or Elise over Lyla only from a sibset persepective or from as individual names?

I am admittedly neurotic about sibsets. I want them to fit together, and I don't like it when they start with the same letter, or end with the same sound (Like Wesley and Zachary). I've thrown out a name we love, because it would sound very off with the name of my current son and the names we like for future daughters.
All that being said, I think Noah, Zachary, and Lila are fine together
