My first thought was "OUCH!", then "Why would you do that?". She should really just stop wearing things that are too tight (and put her poor swollen feet up!).

OUCH!!!  I am in the flip flop crew.  I'm all about comfort pregnant or not.  Ever since I have kids I can barely wear heels and when I do I'm so uncomfortable all day!

Absolutely cringe-worthy!  I agree, I don't know why she keeps subjecting herself to such torture. Visually, I don't care what she wears but she should take a page from her sister's pregnancy attire for comfort.
