There were a whole bunch of plaques about this kind of thing. I suppose it's important for creationists that all the species that exist now were saved by Noah. Well, the birds and fish and insects were ok, obviously.

Sad I didn't take a pic of the volcano. Then it was the ice age room. That was less interesting. Basically Volcano + Ice Age = Completely scrambled fossil record. Then it went into a history of ancient civilizations to try to establish they only existed exactly as long as the Bible says.
