Liner & Rash Cream Question

I am new to using CDs. My LO has developed some diaper rash, and from everything I have read on this board, I'm not supposed to let her rash cream come in direct contact with her diapers. What do you use to line the diapers with so that I can use the rash cream that I have? Can I get some standard fleece from Joanns and cut this to size to use as a liner? Thanks!

I use disposable liners like Applecheeks or Bumkins. You can use fleece, but you have to wash it separately from your diapers so the cream doesn't get on them. I'm not sure what type of fleece, but one of these other ladies can help with that.

Pretty much any fleece will work.  My favorites are actually an extra fleece receiving blanket I cut up.
