sleep and teething

Sleep and teething.

Dylan cut his first tooth this week.  He's been taking longer than usual naps all week.  Is this normal for teething?  He hasn't had a fever, he's just been emotional and super clingy.  I'm guessing that growing anything is just exhausting. TIA.

  • Yep. My DS is cutting his second tooth. His naps are a bit longer. I'm not sure if it is normal, but I'm not complaining! :-)

  • O's teeth are coming through today and I have not been lucky in the nap department. 30 min, on the dot at daycare! She did sleep good at the grandparents houses this week though. It makes sense, they sleep more during growth spurts, kind of the same thing.

Eta of course I said this and the day the teeth are coming through, shes been napping for almost an hour and a half.
