Where do yall find your full fat greek yogurt?! None of my local grocery stores carry anything besides non fat. Also what brand do yall buy? Hoping to start dairy in the next week or so?
The flavored YoBaby has 2x the amount of sugar compared to plain YoBaby. My supermarket does not carry plain YoBaby though.
You can buy full fat yogurt (prob Greek ones too) if you buy the big tub in quart size. I don't need that much full fat yogurt (LO only eats 1-2 tsp a day), so I buy 6oz cups of full fat plain from SideHill Farm, which is a small farm in MA.

Fage regular is "full fat" - I say that because my mountain dairy full fat yogurt has low fat milk listed in the ingredients.. honestly I think as long as you are still providing formula / bm in the same quanitties you dont' need to stress about it too much - try and get the highest fat and don't replace a feeding and you'll be fine

Fruit naturally contains sugar. You need to look for added sugar.
