Lets talk about sex

My husband and I have been bickering about sex lately. He doesn't think we have it enough. I say with a baby, work, and getting ready to move, its a reasonable amount. I'd say it happens between 3 and 5 times a month with either a HJ or BJ or both.
So what about you guys? How often? Am I totally out of line?

Ugh it's even worse here, with us moving and all sorts of other stuff... it's been a handful of times since Raylan was born.  We don't bicker about it though.... but we hopefully will pick it up a bit more after the move!

We do it at least once a week, rarely twice. I have no real interest in BJs so that is a special treat these days. I really have very little interest but DH is great to me and it means a lot to him, so I try to be a good sport. It does help me feel more connected.

Last week on vacation we had sex four times so I am taking this week off, lol.

Same.  DD has had gastrointestinal issues, but we have gotten a better handle on that and she has actually slept decently (up every 3 hours) for the last 1-1/2 months.  We had her in our bed to try to calm her down, so now that she isn't having tummy/gas pain, we are trying to transition her to the crib.  Hopefully things will get more steamy for DH and I... hahaha, but it is really my issue.  Not interested!

We do it about once a week, some times twice, more often once every two weeks. I'd like it more, DH not so much. It's quite depressing. Once of the few things I wish we would have gotten fixed before we got married and had a baby. He started working out, hoping it helps with things.

I think that sounds right about average. We're once a week sex, maybe one more, maybe one less. But I give head a lot. Well I don't think it's a lot, but I've been told it's a lot. From people who don't do it, 2x a week seems like a lot I guess...

lol you have to know 2x a week is a ton! I mean seriously top 5% or something for moms I am sure.

I try for once a week for full on sex but sometimes its less, he gets about 4 or 5 BJ's a month. I am a SAHM. I am tired and over touched by the end of the day and couldn't care less if he wants his peeper touched. I suck in the DTD department.

We maybe have sex twice a month. The baby still doesn't sleep through the night. And when it gets really bad baby and I are in the guest room so let DH sleep. We don't bicker about it. DH just tells me occasionally that he misses me.

I guess we're totally off.  We have sex every day max every two days.  We're both still into it.

We've been bickering about it too. He thinks that we should have it more often, like 3-4 times a week. I disagree and am fine with once a week, or once every two weeks. I'm not in the mood for sex often anymore, but I will compensate with a BJ if I'm feeling in a good mood.

In all honesty, it is a huge issue in our relationship right now. Between my jacked up sleep issues, PPD, and both of our body issues, sex is just not happening for me. He wants it, I don't.

ha! sex was not happening when pooped last few weeks its been once a week or maybe  a little more every now and again

Yeah this is almost exactly us.

I feel bad, I really do, but I have like negative interest lol. I thought it was bad before I got pregnant. But I know between my ppd, the meds, birth control, my body issues, lack of sleep and stress I just have no desire. I'm hoping it'll come back one day.

ETA because I didn't read your question first.

Since we are TTC again we have sex more often but before that maybe once a week was pretty average. If baby isn't sleeping he isn't getting any. I would say your DH needs to get over it babies are a lot of work and sleep is more of a priority.

I have tried to initiate like 3 times. The sad part is that I think he's not doing it so he can make me feel like a bad wife. Apparently we need counseling.

  Hugs.  That is really rough.  Have you talked about counseling with him?

I guess DH and I are in the minority here...we have full on sex at least once a day, plus one time of "play time." It's tough for us right now since we are literally stuck with staying with my parents until the budget freeze for DH's new job gets lifted, so if we have sex it's not exactly how we'd like to do it. So lately it's been like playtime and we just make sure the other one is satisfied.
