I pump three times at work and typically get between 15 and 18 ounces total. I pump at 9:30, 12:30 and 3:30. I get the most out of my first pumping session, and then it goes down from there. I typically get 6 - 9 ounces at my 9:30 am session, and 4 -6 ounces at my other two.
My pumping output does vary from day to day and week to week. Stress, the amount of sleep, what I've eaten, whether I have a cold or allergies, etc all affect it.
I pump at 10, 1 and 4 and get 4 oz at each pump. My supply doesn't dip over the course of the day, but I get pretty much exactly what my DS eats.
Your output may be very different from other posters, so just be aware that the general recommendations for a "normal" work day would be to pump 3 times for at least 20 minutes each session.
I pump 3 or 4 times at work, depending on my schedule and whether I have a lot of meetings during the day, and usually get 11-12 oz. total. I also pump once after LO goes to sleep and generally get another 3-5 oz. from that pumping session. LO eats 15 oz./day at daycare.
I pump twice at work and I get 8 oz. I only work 9 to 5 two days a week though. I pump at 11 and 2. He takes the 8 oz and is offered a third bottle. I pump in the evenings to make up for what I don't get at work, but usually the third bottle is at least part formula.
I used to get a lot more at work, more like 12 to 14 oz. I miss those days!
Not to hijack the thread - but I think I'm headed this way Do you give your LO formula when you are home on the weekends? Or do you have enough on the weekends just not when you pump? I've been struggling for a month now and just got back from vacation where I 100% bf'd and she was not empting me so now I"m having a horrible time pumping enough and so I'm starting to look at formula (for down the road - I luckily had a little over supply earlier so I have about 30 bags of milk int he freezer to help through this time) I just dont' know what it looks like when I'm not pumping..
I pump 3 times at work, usually get 10-12oz total for the day. DD eats 12oz/day at daycare. Some days if I'm lucky I can get 14oz. But more often than not I don't pump quite as much as she eats in a day

While at work I pump about 12 to 15oz just depending on the day, but thats only 3 times pumping. DD is taking 15oz during the day while I am gone. Since I started back at work I have been pumping in the morning right after DD nurses and then I also pump at night before I go to bed to help keep up my supply since DD has been STTN. I would say I get about 20 to 25 oz a day so I have a pretty good stash. On the weekends I still do my morning and evening pumping to keep my supply up.

We are fine when we nurse at home on my days off and weekends. I do work only part time so it's only two full days and two half days away from him. But I think my issue is more of a pump thing than supply.
I'm at work for 10 hours and usually pump 8 or 9 ounces total. I then pump mornings, nights and days off to make up the difference. It's stressful; I'm about to start domperidone and am hoping it helps!
I just started work again on Monday and I had no idea what I was producing. I'm pumping 3x a day 9am, 12 and 3pm and I am getting a total of 19 oz. The 9am seems to have the most and it dips thru out the day. I hope to stay this way. I started baby on 3 bottles each with 3oz on Monday, yesterday I left 3.5 oz bottles and today I left 4 oz bottles. I don't know if I'm feeding him what he needs. Since I'm EBF from my breast I never knew how much I made or how much he takes. I hope I'm not starving him. He seemed happy all these days.
