I found out this morning that I have one. I literally thought I was dying, hell, I was begging to die. I went to the ER with horrible ovary area pain so I thought maybe I had a cyst. After a LOT of pain meds and a CT scan I have a 2mm stone. Delightful.

Im so sorry youre going through this. A friend of mine's wife got them terribly only when pregnant. She said that sitting in a hot bath helped tremendously, fwiw.

I feel your pain...literally.  I have one that is almost 5mm.  There is no way it will pass on its own.  Drink a lot of water and cranberry juice.

Sorry I had the same pain when I was pregnant from my lo laying on my ureter and blocking it.. At least now you can take drugs and they can blast it! FYI the dairy /calcium thing is related to men only
