7 weeks PP Pain below incision?

I  had a csection 7 weeks ago I am having pain about half a inch below the scar only on  the right. When I press the area it feels like a peanut with the shell still on it. My doctor gave me clearance  last week to resume my normal activity but I am wondering if I may have given my self a hernia. Does anyone have any experience with this? TIA

I was not experiencing this pain until after my 6 week checkup.

if it's below the bikini line, are you talking about your pubic bone area? i'm asking because my scar is in the crease just above my pubic bone. anyway, it sounds like a cyst. possibly one in the sweat glands. try hot as you can handle without burning yourself, compresses twice a day and see if it brings it to the surface like a zit. if it gets painful or large have a doctor check it out. i have cysts all the time and they suck.
