Fell and hurt elbow

Any nurses or doctors out there? Last night I fell and landed on my folded up arm (arm was bent, hand at shoulder). My elbow is a bit swollen, I can't fully straighten it or bend it and it hurts when I raise it above my head (can't get my hair in a pony tail), and it hurts when I tense my muscles or move it too far. I'm not feeling any numbness and there is just a tiny bruise on one side. I don't think it's broken, but I'm not positive. I'm freaking out because I am the main caretaker of LO. How am I going to lift him, give him a bath, etc? He hasn't woken up yet, so haven't tried anything. Also, I'm not sure if I need to go to the doctor. I guess I should just to make sure. Any advice?

I say try to get an Xray at an urgent care today,just to be sure

Well thank the Lord, I think my baby cured me. I was attempting to pick him up and it forced me to extend my arm or drop him and that must have popped something back into place because I have my complete range of motion back, just sore. Yay!
