Vacation packing?

So we are headed on our big long vacation next week and I wondering, would it be easier to pack outfits? Or just pack a bunch of tops/shorts/etc? We will have a washer and dryer at our cabin. Why is packing for a baby so difficult?!?!

I bring lots of onesies because those get the dirtiest a d if it is hot enough, that is all she needs. I pack a few pairs of pants and some sweaters. If you can do laundry where you are then it is not so bad.
