Did you take the pacifier away all together- even during the day? After reading the book, this seems like the most logical thing to do.

    Yes, we did.  As soon as we started we hid all pacis.  When she was sick a few weeks ago I tried to give her one to help her sleep and she did not want it, she has completely forgotten what they are.
