Ok, so DS has been going to daycare for about 2 weeks, and he hasn't adjusted well. He has 2 teachers in his room (generally 5 to 6 babies), and from what I can tell by looking at the webcam periodically, it appears that one of them is always holding him/comforting him, dancing/singing, pretty much keeping him entertained so that he is not crying or screaming his head off all the time. They are doing a great job with him, and honestly, are a LOT more patient than I would have been. There are 3 other babies that started the same time as DS but it does not appear that they demand nearly the same amount of attention. His poor teachers are probably exhausted.
Do you think it's appropriate if I get them a present? Should I ask the director first?
Re: Daycare presents for teachers - appropriate?
We're ordering pizzas to be delivered for the 2 rooms our kids are in.
