How do you curb your junk food cravings? I've been on weight watchers for a week and am doing good so far, but I just want some cheese curls lol. Any advice? I've been allowing some indulgences so I don't feel deprived, but maybe I need some more or to just stop being a baby and get over it. Ugh self control is not one of my strengths

Also, I make it hard for myself to buy junk food. I go grocery shopping after a meal so I will stick to my list. I don't bring cash to work, so I can't buy junk food.
never been on weight watchers but keep healthy snacks on hand.
I tend to eat smaller versions of my indulges for example today I'm snacking on pineapple blackbean salsa I made-still healthy just better for you.
I am soy and dairy free for DD, so that helps me haha. Soy is in practically all processed food. There are some chips I can do though.
Utz makes sweet potato chips that are really good. Plus lots of vitamin A! :-)
