Question about Kelly's Closet....

Okay so I want to make my first purchase there and I added all my dipes to the cart, go to checkout and it says its Free Shipping for orders over $49... Great. Well then I read next to it that it is NOT insured...........Should I be concerned about this....has anyone ever ordered and had the free shipping NOT insured and had a good experience? This is just annoying to me!

I have ordered from there several times, always with free shipping and no insurance.  Zero issues.

I've never had any issues with their free shipping. It's not like the diapers would break if handled roughly, and they use computer-generated mailing labels, so they're less likely to get lost than something just written out by hand.

I've never had free shipping from anywhere that WAS insured.

Uninsured shipping is usually just standard USPS shipping, and I've never had a problem with it. I always choose the cheapest/free shipping option when ordering.

I have never had a problem either. If you ever do run ino trouble with them, their customer service is great!
