How long until Fenugreek clears my system?

Hi girls, I don't usually post on this board, but am hoping to get some insight to fix a problem I've been having...
I tried Fenugreek to increase my BM supply and it worked great, but gave my son horrible colic - he was up from 11 PM until about 5 AM screaming in pain last night :-( He's using Similac today, and the last time I took Fenugreek was at about 6 AM this morning before I figured out that it could cause the gasiness.
I want to get back to BFing ASAP, and am wondering when the Fenugreek should be out of my system. I don't want to restart too soon and have him in pain again.
How long do you think I should wait? Is tomorrow morning too soon?

IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75

Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!
I pumped during each feeding last night. He was so much better without that stuff. I tried BFing him this morning since it has been a full 24 hours since I've taken the Fenugreek, and I'm hoping for the best.
Update: It appears to have worked. I still have a happy baby despite BFing all morning. Yay!
