I hate garbage day!!!

The f-ing trucks come any time between 7 am and 1 pm. If they were consistent, I could time M's naps around it, but they're not. And since we live in a row of townhouses, it's not like a quick stop and they're gone - they go all the way down the row and then there's the beep beep beep as they back out. I couldn't sleep through it, and ususally M can't either. He went down for his nap 10 minutes ago. They're here now. Holding my breath hoping he sleeps through it today....

GL! Do you have white noise or anything like that playing in his bedroom? That may help drown out the noises.

Yes, he has white noise, but it's just sooo loud...so far he's sleeping through...

Ugh...I know what you mean. Its so hard for A to go back to sleep when he's woken up for a nap. Sometimes I literally cross my fingers hoping he sleeps through what ever loud noise there is.

Awake now and I don't think he's going back to sleep. I hate bad nap days... and they happen morr often than not at our house.
