LO pushing a stroller or another object with wheels isn't "bad" like a walker. It is fine for a baby's leg and muscle development although they probably won't be ready for a while longer. DD1 was around 11 months when she was walking and we let her push around a stroller. Before that she had other push toys without wheels - but until she was confident in walking we didn't do the toys with wheels.

I don't know the answer to your question but I have seen that baby walkers shouldn't be used. Do you know why that is?
Walkers are not recommended because of the safety concern (walking near a flight of stairs and falling down causing broken bones, or pinched fingers/toes) and there is no real benefit to using them.
i feel like the recent safety concern crap for walkers are no-brainers. and who is letting their kid play with any toy near stairs or pools without them being supervised or it being sealed off? come on.
There is always some moron who isn't bright enough to figure this out and ruins it for the rest of us...
I look at walkers kind of like the recall on the Bumbo. If you use common sense and use in moderation they're is fine, but unfortunately having children doesn't automatically mean you have common sense.
Pushing a stroller or other rolling toy is fine for walkers or babies that are really close to walking but just need that little bit of confidence to try it on their own. My nephew was so scared to fall down, that he didn't walk until around 14 months when they finally got him a push toy to walk around with.
Walkers don't allow them to actually walk correctly on top of being dangerous if the kid gets into mischief. This is what the doc confirmed today...just left ped for DS
