Last week I had a really bad day at work and was go go go. Oh and my patient was almost 400lb that I was moving around every hour. The last 3 hours of my shift I was getting like 4 contractions an hour. After I got home I was better. Well I did not work today and I feel like my feet are puffy for the first time and I am getting contractions again. Nothing regular. Hoping that I have my feet yup and drinking water they will just slow down and stop

It's normal for me to get them 6 times an hour all day, every day. That being said, 4 times an hour might not be normal for YOU. Keep drinking water and relaxing... but if you feel worried, call. Hope you feel better soon! You should stop working with such heavy patients!
