Are you avoiding certain foods?

If so what and why. I have been taking it easy with dairy but that's about it. Just curious.

Just caffeine because I think it *might* be causing sleep disruptions, as I avoided it almost entirely during pregnancy.

I never avoided anything with DS, but with DD, I noticed she seems to have issues when I eat spicy peppers.  And I hardly ever drink alcohol.  It never seems to fit into the nursing and pumping schedule.

Caffeine - but I kept my eye on that before anyway because I'm really sensitive to it.  He seems to have inherited my sensitivity.  It's no fun being up at night and unable to go back to sleep.  But it's even less fun when you're up at night with a wide awake baby.
