First - January - April 2014 boards are up!! I hope we all can join the January board with Lena122!!!
Second - I saw a lot of you weren't sure how to link your chart. I'll add these instructions next week, but I figured I'd put them somewhere separate as well since it's a little long.
When you are on FF, at the top right of the page you'll see the drop down menus.
1- Hover over the sharing menu.
2- Click the option Setup under the bold "Charting Home Page"
3- At the very top of the page you should see the URL to your chart in the box. Copy that link.
Next is entering it in the check in.
1- When you get to a point where you want to add your link, paste it where you want it.
2- After you paste, re-highlight the link. At the top of the reply box ,you'll see the 2 options to the left of the tree icon are clickable.
3-Click the icon that looks like a link chain. (If you hovor over the icon it'll say "Insert/edit link"
4- In the box that pops up, paste your link that you copied before in the first box next to "Link URL".
5- In the next drop down menu, choose the option that says "Open link in new window"
6- Then click insert.
7- You link that you originally pasted should now be underlined and clickable. When you click it,it should take you to your chart. It will be the view only version.
If you want to add the link to your siggy. In that same drop down menu under sharing, there is the option of "Get Code" or "Graphical Tickers".
For the "Get Code" option
1- Click "Get Code" from the drop down menu.
2- There are a couple options that pop up.
3- Just copy and paste the link you want (one shows your actual chart, the other is just a link) into your siggy.
For the "Graphical Tickers" option
1- Click the "Graphical Tickers option.
2- Click "Customize Your Charting Ticker" and go through the steps to create the ticker you want.
3- When you are done, you'll see the preview of what your ticker will look like (sometimes the options get messed up, so make sure it's right!).
4- Above the preview is the link to your ticker. Just copy and paste that into your siggy.
Hope this helps ladies!
