Stupid Cycle- just a small vent

I'm on CD 48 and still nothing but BFNs and no sign of AF. I'm getting very frustrated. I didn't realize how maddening ttc would be, and this is just my first cycle. I'm getting the feeling that I'll make it to day 60 and have to call the doc :/. And, of course, another one of my friends announced that she is pregnant.

    You are both very right. Next cycle I will start charting so that way I'll feel a bit less in the dark as to what is going on with me. I'll probably start a blog soon too. Today was just a crappy day.

    Sorry you had a crappy day. Those are both good ideas. Also, do you know about the daily waiting to O and TWW threads? And the weekly posts, like the dear diary slash b1tchfest posts on Mondays? There would be tons of people in a similar position in those posts that you could connect with.

    DH (29) - MFI low count and morphology

    September 2013 IUI#1 - Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN
    October 2013 IUI#2 - Letrozole + Menopur + Trigger + IUI = BFN

    Nov 2013 IVF/ICSI #1 - Protocol: BCP prep, high doses Menopur and Bravelle (12 days), ganirelex
    Results: 5 retrieved / mature, 4 fertilized, 1 arrested and 3 complex abnormal after day 3 PGS = Cancelled after ER
    Jan/Feb 2014 IVF/ICSI #2 - Protocol: Estrogen priming, high doses Menopur and Bravelle (11 days), microdose lupron
    Results: Cancelled after 11 days of stims due to low response and E2 levels
    Feb 2014 IVF/ICSI #3 - Protocol: No prep, low dose Menopur (6 days), ganirelex, Bravelle booster with trigger
    Results: 1 retrieved / 0 mature = Cancelled after ER

    I know it sucks waiting. Unfortunately, TTC is a bit of a mindfvck.

    I really would suggest charting/temping/OPKs if you want more of a sense of control of the process. For example, I know approximately how long my luteal phase is, I know that a .2 drop or more after O means AF will probably show up that day for me, etc. There's definitely a lot to gain from it.
