Fenugreek Tea

Has anyone tried the fenugreek tea? I had a breast reduction years ago and concerned I won't be able to breast feed. I have heard that fenugreek tea can help increase milk supply but in my situation not sure if it applies. Thanks

I took the supplements. Omg, they make you smell like pancake syrup! You have to take 6 to 8 of the pills per day... I don't know how much of the tea you'd have to drink....

I took the supplements last time.  I didn't notice an increase in supply.  But I did smell like maple syrup.

I used the supplements in combination with Sweet Thistle... Worked like a charm!!  Recommended by my lactation nurse.
