Breast Milk for Stuffy Nose

I think J has his first cold and is very conjested.  I have read/heard that you can use BM.  Has anyone tried this? Will this work better than the saline drops?  How much do I put in his nose?

    In my mommy me group it was a common thing. Use just a few drops. Kellymom might have more info on her website about it.
    Diagnosed MFI- low sperm count

    I tried this once.  It didn't work for us, but E was diagnosed with bronchitis the next day, so perhaps even BM can't fight bronchitis.  I did one drop per side.

    I hope J feels better soon.

    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    A lot of my hardcore breastfeeding mom friends from my mom group swear by putting breastmilk on and in everything from eczema to the nose to a scratch HA.  I guess it might be worth a try!  It won't hurt anything.

    It works. Try laying baby on your lap then add 2 mil per nostril. Let sit and then suck out the snot. GL!
