So I have to use a conference room or quiet room in the OB unit next door to my department as my pumping place.
It's been relatively incident free except for one walk in by a security guard.
Well...the conference room was being used by another pumping mom so I went to the quiet room. One of the house keepers was eating a snack in there [mind you this unit has a break room w a kithen] and I told her I needed to pump. She said ok and I thought she would get the hint and beat feet.
She just sat back down and turned her back to the wall and asked if that was ok.
I said no. That was not ok and just left and waited on the other room to open up. I could've really been a biatch and kicked her out and caused a scene but I'm mellow today.
But seriously. Who would pump in a small room w a stranger. WTF.
Re: Workplace pumping haha
No one.
Bizarre.
