c/s mommas question are you stii a little sore? sometimes I feel pain if  i do to much.

I want to do sit ups but I can't

I'm no longer sore but fearful so I limit my crunches. I need to do more! Tummy is still not looking so hot.

My soreness was gone about January

I'm okay to do crunches (not that I do as many as I should!), but my incision area is still a tiny bit sore. It's not a constant pain at all, but if my pants are tight around the incision area I can feel it pulling or something.

No it's doing well though it did hurt when DD jumped on my incision earlier.  I do all sorts of ab work with no issues.  I think I would call my doc if it hurts that bad still.

I really only feel it when the humidity changes like if a front is coming through. Its more just incisional pain.

I get occasional twinges. Especially when Alice jumps on my belly or when I'm about to start my period.

yes that's me slight pain if baby jumps on me and I  do stairs like all the time glad to see others experience the same thing

No, but there are spots that are still numb, and I guess always will be.  Still numb spots from my first c-section.

I get the occasional twinges once in a blue moon (like once a month maybe). No AF for me yet though.
